Freelancer | 2021
Web Designer
As a freelancer, I discuss requirements with clients, design the website layout,
and ensure the work follows the client's branding identity. I also upload the new
content or edit content for social media upon client request.
Spanish Speaking Community

Volunteer Literacy/Education work
On a voluntary basis, I work with people in the Spanish community from
different backgrounds to help to improve their lives through study, meditation,
and practical application techniques. One-on-one classes allow me to observe
the need and personalize the attention. Currently, I am focused on teaching
technology literacy in senior adults to combat isolation considering ethical
principles.

Working from a front desk lobby, I monitored and greeted clients and visitors. I
answered and routed incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
throughout the day while performing administrative support tasks, including
scheduling conference rooms, processing reservations, keeping the files
updated.
